We stock over 1,000 different products on site. If the product you ordered is sold out we can offer you either a full refund, or we will source it from elsewhere within a week.

We accept Maestro, Visa, American Express, Mastercard & Paypal.

Changing/Cancelling your order
If your order has not yet been processed by our warehouse, call or email us and you can change or cancel your order for a full refund.

If your item has already been collected by our couriers, you can simply refuse to accept it when it arrives and it will be sent back to us. There will be a fee of £10 to return it back to us (charged by our couriers). 


Shipping & Delivery


Orders placed before 12 (noon) on a weekday (Monday-Friday) will be processed the same day. All orders received after 12 (noon) will be processed on the following working day. Every order is dispatched in 2 days or less. Standard delivery takes between 2-5 working days. 24 hour delivery is available upon request at an additional cost.

What happens if you are out when the parcel arrives?
Yodel has 3 delivery attempts before sending the parcel to one of their local depots. You can choose to leave your parcels with a neighbour or on the doorstep. If a Royal Mail order is too big for your letterbox you will receive a notification with further instructions. 

Late & Lost orders
In the unlikely event that your order should fail to arrive within our promised delivery period, please email us at along with your order number. We will carry out an investigation with our courier and try to locate your package.

If your order has failed to arrive within 14 working days from the date of placing your order it is deemed by us as lost. Should you fail to report to us that your parcel has not arrived within this time and we have a signature of delivery from our courier we will be unable to replace your goods.


Returns & Damages


How to return an item
We have a 30 day return policy so simply post the item back to us at: Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Returning items for a refund
If you are ever dissatisfied with any item for any reason whatsoever, you may return it back to us. We will reimburse you for the full value of the item. All we ask is that it is returned to us within 28 days of you receiving it and in its original/new condition. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. If you received free delivery then your refund will be minus the outgoing postage charge. 

Incorrect items
All the parcels are carefully packed by our delivery team. In the unlikely event you end up with a different item call or email us on . Leave the parcel in the exact condition it arrived and post it back to us or we will arrange for collection with our courier. We will send you a new item immediately.

Damaged Items
All items we send are fully insured. If in the unlikely event your order is damaged, call us immediately on  or email us: .

If damaged please take photos of the parcel in the exact same condition it arrived to you in and email them back to us. As soon as we receive photos we will send you a new item with no extra fee.
