The speed of delivery above indicates the time you will recive your item from when the order is placed. 99% of our orders are shipped same or next day. 

The rates above apply for products weighing up to 32kg. If your order weighs over 32kg you will pay an additional delivery charge. Deliveries are not made on weekends or bank holidays. We are unable to deliver to BFPO and PO BOX addresses.

Delivery Information

Orders placed before 12 (noon) on a weekday (Monday-Friday) will be processed the same day. All orders received after 12 (noon) will be processed on the following working day. Every order is dispatched in 2 days or less. Standard delivery takes between 2-5 working days. 24 hour delivery is available upon request at an additional cost.

Couriers
We use Yodel for orders weighing over 1 kg and Royal Mail for orders weighing less than 1 kg.

What happens if you are out when the parcel arrives?
Yodel has 3 delivery attempts before sending the parcel to one of their local depots. You can choose to leave your parcels with a neighbour or on the doorstep. If a Royal Mail order is too big for your letterbox you will receive a notification with further instructions.

Late & Lost Orders
In the unlikely event that your order should fail to arrive within our promised delivery period, please email us at along with your order number. We will carry out an investigation with our courier and try to locate your package.

If your order has failed to arrive within 14 working days from the date of placing your order it is deemed by us as lost. Should you fail to report to us that your parcel has not arrived within this time and we have a signature of delivery from our courier we will be unable to replace your goods.

Returns
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or contains items you have not ordered, please inform us within 24 hours (working days) via phone or email, or . The packaging must be retained until further notice.

In case you qualify for a refund and you need to return an item, login to your Brandrefill account (if you have one), view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

When we require you to send an item back, please enclose a note giving the reason for the return along with the order number, wrap the package securely and send the package to the address below:

Should any item be returned back to us in a condition which we deem has been damaged by the receiver we will be unable to accept your request.

Missing Items
Notify us of any missing items within 7 days of receiving the order for any action to be taken.

Exchanging a product
If you want to exchange your order, please return your order along with a note explaining the reason for return and your request for the new product you would like exchanged. Your card will be charged/refunded any difference in cost plus cost of postage and packing of your replacement.  Please ensure that the item is returned back to us within 30 days of the date the item is delivered to you. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Refund
If your ordered item is out of stock or discontinued we will contact you prior to shipping. If the item comes back into stock we can ship it out on a later date, present you with an alternative product or refund you the value of the item.

In the case of a lost order, damages, faulty items or goods developing faults you may also qualify for a refund. Please contact us via phone or email, or .

Cancelling an entire order
If your order has not yet been processed by our warehouse you can cancel your order in full. Should your order be returned back to us by our courier for any reason, we will recover our costs in the return of your order which will be charged at £10.00 per parcel.
